The Marina Village (Marigot Bay) — Next door to the Marigot Bay hotel is The Marina Village. This picturesque little Caribbean style shopping centre has a full range of facilities including banking, up-market boutiques and duty free outlets, an art gallery, a bakery and ice cream parlour and a café bar with views over the harbour entrance. The Marina Village’s developers (Doubloon International) have revitalized this area while maintaining the beauty and the ecological integrity of Marigot Bay. A 24-hour ferry ($2 round-trip) connects the bay’s two shores—a voyage that takes a minute or two each way.
